Due to the perishable nature of our high-quality Japanese green tea, we generally cannot accept returns on food items once they have been shipped. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Return Authorization
If a return of non-perishable teaware is required, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate shipping address.
Refund or Replacement
